  At H&F we like to look after the environment, hence why all the timber used to produce our product's is responsibly & sustainably sourced.  Your H&F furniture is made from solid wood, this means that as it settle's into your home it may shrink slightly, swell, move & very small cracks may appear.  This is normal and doesn't affect the structural stability of the furniture.

  To look after your product we simply recommend using a clear or coloured beeswax (you can purchase this from us). Do not use any harsh chemicals, abrasive materials or silicone based products as these will damage the waxed surface.

  Many items from the H&F furniture range are made in one piece and cannot be dismantled. Please check if you are unsure.

  Every H&F delivery is performed by our own fully trained in house delivery team. They will install & assemble the furniture in your room. If you do need to move or dismantle anything and are unsure of how to do this correctly please call us for advice.

H&F Plank Guarantee

• 1. USE OF PRODUCTS

  • 1.1 - You agree only to use the products for their normal and proper use and not to alter or modify or otherwise interfere with them.

• 2. GUARANTEE

  • 2.1 - The guarantee on the H&F Plank furniture is for 10 years.
  • 2.2 - The guarantee covers physical defects or changes that causes excessive visible settlement.
  • 2.3 - The guarantee does not cover normal settlement, this means minor shrinkage, swelling, small cracks and minor movement.
  • 2.4 - The guarantee is valid only if the product is used and handled as described in these instructions for use.
  • 2.5 - To make a claim under the guarantee, you must present the original sales order as proof of purchase.
  • 2.6 - The guarantee is not transferable.
  • 2.7 - This does not affect your statutory right.
